CHILDREN PHILATELIC EXHIBITION 2009

( CHILPEX '09 )

To further of success of CHILPEX'02, JUPEX'06, CHILPEX'07, and CHILPEX08 Stars Young Philatelists Club (SYPC), a philately organization whose members are Kids and teenagers under is years of age to organize "CHILDREN PHILATELIC EXHIBITION 2009 (CHILPEX 2009) from October 21- 26, 2009 in Bandarlampung Municipality.

In this exhibition, we have much thematic collection performed, considering it is for the youngster or students philatelists, Besides, it performed kinds of activities such as, drawing and painting competition, seminar, workshop, games, quiz, etc.

Particularly, we also would like to introduce some close countries through stamps, especially in flora and fauna, transportation, technology, scout, children activities, tourism, etc. Stamp collected from your country will be in this exhibition, purposely be known widely. Besides, it is a promotion to your country.

In accordance to the statement above, we would like to have your cooperation to send/deliver the philatelic materials such as:

v Some philatelic items (Stamps, M/S or Souvenir Sheet, Sheetlet, Booklets, etc) as Special Prizes and Special Displays on exhibition.

v Some Annual Collection Book/Year Sets as prizes to Special Winners.

v Some Stamps Catalogues as Philatelic Library.

v Philatelic Kit, Souvenir Post, etc as gift for Junior Participants.

The rest of philatelic materials will be given as a gift to children in the competition.

We are looking forward to having them sent/delivered soon before the day.
